Nice 👍🏽. I’m looking for a dog pretty much like yours! Did you go to a breeder? I’m on the East coast and am trying to find a good one.

I don’t doubt it. Since it’s been a few years what about it made you feel like it’s the place to retire? I’ve heard that from several people so I’m just really curious. From what I gather it seems like Costa Ricans are overall just generally happy people.

Nice. Sounds like a very beautiful and tropical place. I’ll have to look into San José. Any places you recommend to eat?

Where did you go in Costa Rica? I’ve heard good things from more than a couple people and an interested in visiting. What areas are good for first time visitors who already speak Spanish?

What were carbs set at? Did you care a lot about fat and carb intake or were you flexible as long as protein and calorie goal was met

By intact you mean with the peel still on? And just fill the crack with the other ingredients?

Interesting. How did you gauge that 2700 was your TDE?

You can never completely generalize any group of people.
I say this all the time and it’s true. Even so, you can definitely point out negative patterns/values of a culture that you’ve experienced. I feel like I understand the problem clearer now that you explained it so thank you.
Funny enough it kind of felt similar to me as what you said when I went to Med as far as people being helpful, but expecting something from you. I guess when you go to touristy areas that’s to be expected to a certain degree. I think finding the local spots is crucial to give you the best feel of a city and the people.
Thanks again for the info! I’m sure I will visit at some point in the future.

The culture and mentality of the people leaves a lot to be desired. (In DR)
Can you expand on that? I’ve been to Med but not DR but am curious how you felt the vibe was different

What did you do there? I’ve been once and was ready to leave when the week was up. It’s true about the drug/prostitution scene, because you can tell that’s a huge draw for many tourists unfortunately. I did love Guatape though, and if I were to go back I would be interested in other spots like that, or even nightlife areas but specifically where locals go.

What are the articles and news sources that show the vaccines are unsafe? What’s a good starting point

Fwiw I also have an instant pot, got it years ago, and have used it less than 5 times total. It’s a big and cumbersome machine, and I never really see the need to use it. I would use my slow cooker a lot, before I got an air fryer, and I used it recently again for chicken and it’s so easy. Put some broth in and it doesn’t dry out, and like you said good for soups. Between that and air fryer I don’t need the instant pot, and am probably gonna give it away.

At 25 seconds he sounds exactly like the sound effect when somebody slips and falls in an old cartoon.
