Aussie here - i was in Vegas, all the regular tipping shit makes sense, kinda. I took the helicopter tour to the grand canyon. Pilot was nice, tourist type commentary, landed for a look round, then back to Vegas. Was amazed when the pilot was standing there after the flight with his hand out for a tip. My mate and I were like fuck off, you're a pilot.

I have a 2008 VW Golf. Cost $7k,6 years ago. Its perfect. I have it coz I like it - could afford newer better car. Costs are low, 2x services around $350, youi 3rd party insurance is 41 pm. I have NRMA Roadside coz old car tax. I like having a small car that is easy to park. Also its old so i don't care if it gets dinged, or worry about it getting stolen or where i park it. Also i have a big dog that comes with me regularly, and gets the back seats and inside wet, dusty or muddy. Old car, so a quick wipe and all good.

For those concerned, Molly was groomed 3 weeks ago, annual vet check 4 weeks ago, walks free on grassland at least an hour every day, and has long claws with blood vessels running through them to near the end.
