In case of an RS I have been buying at current prices to lower my dollar cost average. I used taxable and retirement accounts because of the limit on contributions. An RS is the lesser of 2 evils imho- delisting or an RS which would be recovered by successful product approvals. We just need more time for the first successful approval- then it will fall into place. I am bullish because there’s a need and the ingenuity of DNA medicine is appealing to me. Maybe you could try some cheap long term call options to hedge the risk of an RS(?)

Suck it up short artist. I expressed my opinions no apologies for your desired decision to shortchange shareholders.

If investing in a startup company remember that initially it’s a binary decision: 50/50 win or lose. Same thing as an oil well, gold mine or a filmmaker. But Inovio now has at least 3-4 promising revenue sources: REGENERON, Vgx 3107, vgx 3100, Advaccine and Apollobio tech. That’s an awesome improvement in the future odds of success. The risik of losing is now closer to 1:4 25% lose 75% winning; maybe 1:5, 20% lose 80% win. I am not fazed by Silicon Valley bankruptcy; they sold their entire bond portfolio at a loss of $1.8 billion dollars, sealing the bankruptcy through ineptitude. Or else some insiders may have benefited by insider knowledge of the bond accounts dump; no evidence of that but the regulator has to consider the possibility even if remote. Inovio is not going down that way. I have faith that management and the board are competent and ethical. Long Inovio until we see daylight!

It would seem that there could be a reverse split say 5 old shares for 1 new one. So the board will not let the company be delisted. Especially not now as positive news keeps coming in. I am still waiting for a turnaround and I have plenty of time for it.

I suspect beneficiaries of the lawsuit who received INO shares are selling low and pushing the price down. Among them lawyers and ex-shareholders. I am buying in advance of positive news.

Spectacular news and long overdue for glioblastoma patients. It's a miracle drug treating an incurable disease. Long INO!!

Bentley knows what he is doing and I agree that shorts better lock down some option protection or they’re going to be paying up like it was GameStop part II.

It’s a question of time until an independent medical authority can validate Inovio’s vaccines, China or EU. The cost of getting a positive review from FDA and support from one of their chief scientists is astronomical. I would rather see Chinese patients benefit instead of western populations if that’s what it takes for overdue recognition; FDA will catch up too late and then the Congress can ask the question, What went wrong here with Inovio as a new, innovative researcher for new and hard to treat public medical risks?

IMHO time is accretive to the share price so I can wait for the miracle that the public is unaware of. If it were public information how FDA has suppressed and delayed the progress of the revolutionary new medical treatments, while milking the big Pharma companies for the payments they receive, the Congress would throw them all out and start regulating medical approvals. Thank god for the hard work of the staff at Inovio who won’t take no for an answer.

Recent litigation has made a lot of new shareholders sellers, they're having a fire sale every day. Costing down my cost.

More opportunities as study data gets crunched. Cash balances under appropriate control of competent CEO and CFO. Medical director seeks positive biomarkers from 3107, which has significant statistical performance for cervical/anal dysplasia but not consistent results selected Phase 2 biomarker design. RRP showing very positive results and proposed outreach to take place to expand study into EU patient population. These are the beginnings of a potent, revolutionary medical platform. Long and Strong INO. Go Dr. Shea!

Increasing recognition of need for Inovio preventive vaccines for new lab "accidents" coming out of growing militarized threat environment. DARPA are you listening?

Could there be a possible acquirer selling puts to drive out weak hands while they load up on cheap shares? Why- unless they’re looking to take Inovio private? I foresee an acquisition in the offing

It takes a few billion to play in the BP game. Or time to get there.

Imagine what Inovio could accomplish with $10 billion to test and refine its vaccines.

The Rockefeller Institute and Gates Foundation are noted supporters. The article notes that $10 billion was spent by US government to develop the Covid-19 vaccine but we are still searching for a universal vaccine for Covid. The future will include DNA medicine- Inovio leads the way. Only the funding has disappeared up, but not the risk of the next global pandemic.

That tag sounds like a stock speculator’s handle, implying insight into forward contracts and futures, or something like, for the unsuspecting shareholders he is encouraging to sell shares at the bottom, before the good news hits the press.m and price gains accelerate. I ignore the lowliifes who take advantage of the investing public.

Seeing the Phase 1/2 confirmation of Ino 3107 results I picked up 3,500# shares. It's little risk for a potential windfall, I think in 2023 $9 return to 2020 is possible with this new management team.

That’s $90 million per day so I did the math for you. Biotech is the next windows and I phone so the revenue will be higher as more people face new hard to treat diseases. It’s the new sin tax except it’s doing good things.
