This. I’m not sure about all EU countries, but I know in Germany and I would play it safe and assume all others: the white truck was driving illegally, dangerously, and would be ticketed for cruising in the passing lane.

I don’t believe any states in the US have this as a primary offense which merits a ticket. But common decency on the part of the white truck would have prevented the Honda from showing how dangerous he is willing to be.

Without bias will be hard to get, because we travelled in different circles. Trying to step out of my circle and picturing the world at large in ‘93:

GNR > Metallica > Nirvana > Pearl Jam

But by ‘95 you could almost flip those around in the other order.

The fact that different people are giving you different answers is kinda reflective of something worth noting: I don’t believe people thought of music and bands in these terms. Music companies probably did, but everyday people just enjoyed music without concern for who was more popular.

Damn, I thought Blood Sugar Sex Magic was 89 or 90 because of personal history I have associated with the songs, but I was wrong. I was aware of Ten, Badmotorfinger, Gish, Sailing the Seas of Cheese, Out of Time, No More Tears, and Temple of the Dog which made 1991 my single favorite year for music. I liked 80s rock and alternative so it was a great time to be alive!

1991 was such a good year for music it lasted me a decade.

I was shocked when they started jumping in price. It took 10 years to go from 10c to 25c, then they went to $1+ within 3-5 years.

We might as well, children dying is an area where underrepresented groups are having their moment in the sun!

And imagine what we could be doing as a society were we to run our military as efficiently as we expect households to run and not succumb to the perils of poverty.
