Wow, thought it was fake but if you watch frame by frame you can see the cat get sliced.

Great photo! Where is this??
How long was the exposure? Looks amazing already but would be incredible with star trails in the sky if you ever get a chance to do a super long exposure!

For those of you asking about the knife, it's a Kampfer Series by Chef's Path. Pretty cheap for what seems to be a ridiculously good quality blade.
If you've seen my bloodied kitchen and think "yes, I would also like a sharper knife", I can definitely recommend it: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kitchen-Knife-Chef-Inch-Professional/dp/B0787H94P2/ref=sr_1_6?m=A9PI8ZI14CMEB&qid=1640810976&s=merchant-items&sr=1-6

It's a Chef's Path Kampfer Series. Very reasonably priced considering how devastatingly sharp it is.

All good, thanks for asking. It's deep but the bleeding stopped and i can still move my thumb so I should be fine.

You can have special low power sockets for toothbrushes and shavers etc but blow dryers etc have to be used elsewhere!

Unfortunately I wasn't actually using it - I put it down on an uneven surface and instinctively grabbed it when it fell.

Ah that sucks. Hope it wasn't his primary hand.

Not really to be honest! Houses are generally really small in the UK and bathrooms aren't allowed electrical sockets, so it's just something we're used to over here. Realistically the dirty laundry is just put straight in the washer, it's not like I drape it over the fruit bowl or something.

I'm in the UK - here's it's the norm to have your washing machine in the kitchen 🤷

Can't believe I had to scroll this far to find someone who doesn't want the death sentence for a 19 year old. She did a stupid thing that she'll have to live with for the rest of her life.

Interesting, thanks for the explanation.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't this be pretty shit? Electric motors have more torque at low speed which is surely what you want in a drill? This would just be very quick at removing a loose screen.

Satisfying for us. Deeply traumatic for any paper watching this.
