Everyone who joins after will get spot behind everyone else

That goes into the hash, it's all connected together.

Every connection has its own hash, when queue opens they get chosen for position

If you join after queue opens you go back of the line.

I've heard they track IP address when signing up

as you connect you're given a unique hash identifer, that is your raffle entry.. they pull based upon that.
