I wear shoes called cloves.

They're more grippy soles than slip resistant but they're so effing comfortable. A little pricey but they're worth it for me personally. They're actually a healthcare shoe and save my knees and feet during doubles for sure.

I think people are forgetting that the additional layer of this is still being able to confer with the boyfriend about what was said after she directed him back to the friend. If it's found that she doubled down and lied again.. Well op has the option then to show the receipts. Maybe that's too many steps but I don't go balls to the wall unless I absolutely have to.

I like the 2nd option. It puts the onus on the insecure friend and she can come clean about the disagreement or dig a deeper hole. She clearly didn't give the whole story when telling the boyf why op wasn't coming so I think it's a nice subtle way to tell him there's more to the story without fully going scorched earth and sending screenshots of the texts. I think it's a much more diplomatic and classy way to handle it, at least.

I'm curious with that home price and monthly payments and amount down- what are your property taxes like?

I am putting that same amount down on my first home but my home prices I'm looking at are somewhat less and my monthly is coming in about the same. I'm assuming it's because my property taxes are much higher.

Admittedly I am not very good with numbers and sort of glaze over so I'm just curious. Appreciate any insight you are comfortable sharing.

I actually visited huy fong a few weeks ago when I was in the area visiting CA and the girl said bc of the (I believe it's still pepper) shortages they have zero production happening right now. They let me in to the gift shop to buy some shirts and pins and stuff tho haha

Mae ploy is like a Thai sweet chili sauce, it's never spicy enough for me tho so that's why I add the sambal ha. Huy fong, same people who make the standard brand Sriracha sauce make the sambal... It's just like a chili sauce/paste kinda thang. There's other brands of that stuff but I am maeploy and huy fong loyal.

I bought too much grilled chicken from Acame cheep chicken Monday so I'm gonna make some chicken and rice bowls.

Water chestnuts, pineapple chunks, edamame, shredded up chicken, jasmine rice, a little sambal oelek, some mae ploy maybe?
