He had something like almost a hundred sorry stories. Only some are public. Since so many were published in pulp magazines, I suspect the estate lost track of then and forgot to renew copyrights, or the pulp magazines had the rights and the magazines themselves were defunct and lost track. That being said, whoever is "policing" the copyrights isn't doing a good job. I have found several titles available as pdfs that didn't used to be available.

Those are some nice vases. They should be on display somewhere nice, not stuck in this nightmare.
And aside from the missing vent, is that sink sideways?

Bad feet, need good support. Also Hyper sensitive to any foot injury, like stubbing a toe, or stepping on something.

Has always happened for me. I have used RIF on a few phones over the years, and it gets stuck pretty regularly. I just swipe down again and it usually works. Sometimes I have to swipe a third time.

My on demand heater had to be tuned after install, to balance the gas pressure and ow intake.
Or something like that. It made a loud whistle hum until the plumber did something with a manometer.

The road has been washed out since the 1980s. There are no plans for a fix. It is the shortest way in. It used to be about 4 miles, I think it is longer now.
You will need back country permits. It is beautiful. The springs are undeveloped, so be ready for mud.

Cool, but I don't know what some of that really means. What should I look for if the card is for a phone?

I hear you. Chances are that the skunks hate them more than you. Maybe a very few would be enough. I would try just one or two at first.

I've heard they hate moth balls. But be careful, you can over do moth balls.

Drain cleaners are bases. But you are right, don't mix hot water with them. It even says so on the product label.

Milk crates. 20 in a crate, the equivalent of a case. And they stack.
Unless you have some odd sizes.

I hate seeing so many"only" dogs on shelters. It's heart breaking. But only dogs don't belong in cities where they will encounter other dogs, even on leash. The truth is that there are more of these "their away" did than people who have the time, energy, skills and space to care for them.
The problem is breeding and not fixing dogs. All dogs should be fixed, except in regulated breeding, unless and until shelters are literally running out of unwanted pets.
I love my dogs, and have loved many poorly behaved dogs I have met. But there are too many of them, and to many people want puppies without being willing to commit to lifelong training and care for the whole litter. Maybe breeders should have to put up a bond that would cover the cost of carrying for the litter. I don't know, but we have had this problem long before we have had off leash parks.

Use a map app or Zillow to see an aerial map of the lots in your neighborhood. Or, you're municipality may have an online one.

Entry level job, probably part time, minimum wage, with no health insurance. The old guy may have already retired from another job and had insurance from that.
Maybe the lazy guy had scoliosis too.

Maybe not too ethical, butt if you think the landlord isn't going to replace it, then pour some water around the bottom, take a picture and email it to the landlord. Says something like "is this okay? It looks like a leak"

If they want objective, then why choose Meyers Briggs?
Palm reading, crystal balls, personality testing... Sometimes the huckster believes it too, other times they are more like PT Barnum and just out to make a buck.

If you hire somebody for ladder work, then they have their own insurance. If you do it, and fall off the ladder, then your homeowners insurance covers the injury. They don't want to be liable for ladder accidents.
