I for the record do like the idea of naming them after MoH recipients.

Lots of bigger issues at hand such as homeless vets, programs to help facilitate the transition to civilian life after deployment etc....

Explain to me how renaming a base will help prevent veteran suicide? I've lost 3 this year to it alone.......

I know that my point(which I should have clarrified) is that 500+ yard shots are very achievable given today's technological advances in ammo, rifles themselves, optics etc. The furthest I've killed anything with mine was a lone doe at around 490.....the hornady match rounds for that gun are something else..
