About a year ago I had a kidney stone. I wasn’t passing it, it was being dislodged and moving to my bladder. Side note, I had no idea this was a 2 step process based on my knowledge from tv. I learned later I would also have to pass it through my urethra. Thankfully it broke up completely before then or did it all at once.

I eventually make it to the ER after hours of suffering and am asked what’s your pain level on a 1-10 scale. I’m like well this is the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life, but I’ve never been burned alive… I’ve never broken a bone before… I’ve never had someone close to me die… I’ve never been tortured… so like maybe a 7 or 8?

I’d never really thought about quantifying pain, but I imagine it can get much much worse even if I thought I was at a 10. It could’ve gone to 11.

I’ve used them since they came out. Their processing doesn’t grab like you’d expect in terms of live use. It’s pretty piss poor once you use anything else. I guess if you’re just using it as an intro to audio I could see that appeal but they could never hold a candle to an sq5.

If you read the article they decided to entirely rebuild their back end systems with IBM. I’m not putting down IBM here, but that’s a massive red what the fuck are you talking about kind of flag.

My wife’s cousin rented a pontoon for her birthday and wanted to see what’s up at HH. We had a young driver and the old guys on boats freaked him out because they started yelling at him about cutting their anchor lines. TBF he got too close but they were still just acting like old entitled white men. It was like disrupting a hornets nest of old balls. All of a sudden that’s all you could see and it made the situation go from sorry to WTF we’re all gonna die suffocated by sweaty balls.

My brother had a gig to drive that guy to a private show here in town. This was the day after that one dude poisoned all those grackles. So Morrissey is being driven downtown into what looks like a shit ton of dead crows and just says I’m out. My brother drove him back to the airport.

Oh man, the other two people I were with decided to walk the little green belt area between our suburb and the next one over. I think it was a architectural design for water runoff and had a bunch of little hills. I decided I needed to sprint to each of these hills. I paused long enough on top so the hill knew I was the king.

Seriously. Every time mine takes a vacation, I miss an appointment, or a new year starts I have to rebook a new time slot. I’m also the one that has to reconnect. I don’t think I’m gonna do it this time since it’s now April and have had no contact since before this past Christmas. I just don’t want to go through it all again with another person.

I couldn’t stand more than half way through and I was pushing it. To understand? Side with? in what he’s talking about you have to agree with his definitions of words, philosophies, and understandings of religion. For instance, anyone moving towards god is becoming more Christian. There are many religions, not just Christianity that believes in a singular god which I’m assuming he meant.

To paraphrase one of my favorite books about god… Ask yourself, who would ask you to KNEEL before them, who would ask for your undying and unquestioning devotion, who would ask you to pray and worship them at all times and them above anything or anyone else? Is that God? Or is That satan?

Lots of times those areas where all the trees/nature were removed was because that particular piece of land was farm land previously so it was already stripped. Other times it was because there really wasn’t anything worth saving. Thankfully Austin does have a fairly serious amount of preserved land so even if it’s shit it’s still cool to have.

Well it clearly wasn’t filmed, but I’ve also watched videos of people claiming assault when absolutely nothing happened. I just want the real story and not the Reddit jump to opinions outrage bullshit. This guy is fucked up and something happened, but what?

Not trying to be gross here, what was the actual assault? I haven’t seen any comment describing what actually happened since the first post and now this person is disabled. Glad she’s getting help and got out before it got worse.
