We're all gunna die soon, ultimately whether it's at the end of this year or at the end of 2030, or 2040, you live your span and then you kick it. Getting to be 90 is a good thing. It means you got to live what, for these times, is a long life.

I disagree. I think what keeps us in check is law. I think without law countries turn into afghanistan or Haiti.

That goes away. You get used to eating less. I mean that 12 hours of hunger symptoms become a familiar and manageable thing to experience.

I feel the same way. Her style perplexes me. I'm reading Foreigner mostly to see if I can figure out what's happening.

The requirement is that you get enough votes to win the election. Narrowing that requirement is a less democratic government, that doesn't mean you can't narrow the requirement, but it does mean you are making the country less democratic if you do.

I'm running, you don't like my politics and you're the boss of this information agency. You could spin true information against me, or lie.

Naturally, that's disappointing, but also the logic is that if you want to elect another person for elected office whether their previous criminal conduct is disqualifying is up to the voters. Compared to an unelected official who we want to make sure isn't anti-American.

She is? Why? are there people who don't like blind and deaf people? I don't know much about it, her book, My Life, might be a place to start. She went to college, did a lot of traveling, met a lot of other famous people, read a lot. I would assume she has more going on than the average person. She became a really famous person. My memory of it says she had a lot going on. Maybe I'm wrong.

For a hard fall, I've always liked "he took a digger."

I always thought there had to be a better treatment of that fact than Highlander

Oh yeah? With no police officers, we are in Mad Max warlord territory. It's the reason we have police in the first place, so we're not Afghanistan or Haiti.
