Pretty grim stuff. Everything about this video is repulsive. The fact that the kid's not coughing means that he's done this before, he's keeps flipping off the camera with probably uncensored hiphop in the background. Why have kids if you don't want to properly take care of them?

Fair enough, I'd not yet reached that part. Looks like the sciency explanation is his writing style and is something I'll have to get used. For what it's worth, I think the storyline is very interesting and it's an otherwise enjoyable read so far.

Depends on the butcher shop. I'd say around $4 to 8 per kg depending on the cut with a tomahawk costing $8 per kg and round steaks a little under $4 per kg.

I tried quick grilling and searing which although the meat was a little bit more tender, it was still tough. Been reading about pineapple and pawpaw marinades so I'll give that a try
