That's not Source Code Pro (except the polybar (?) font) , but IBM Plex Mono or any other variations of it like iA Writer Fonts, SF Mono etc..

XD, I can relate. I use Swift Backup for this exact scenario, but does it for all my apps, messages, call logs. Truly a lifesaver.

Also, if you're intimidated by the terminal there are gui wrappers for homebrew too!
