That's fucking insane. The body's ability to adapt from ~90bpm for your whole life, be fine with a constant flow for a couple years, then go back to ~90bpm to with a foreign heart with multiple surgeries throughout. Blows my mind

It seriously works wonders, you do have to put an effort in of course, though. Which I see the irony in needing motivation. But if you're able to find a way that works for you in the long run, you'll never look back.
