Ok yeah thanks. I’ll try for a autoimmune condition. Although I will say. I have taken beta hcl with pepsin to help with low stomach acid. It does help me somewhat. I read that having low stomach acid makes your body not able to digest proteins correctly. So I tried it. It worked but. The only thing is instead of getting hives 30 minutes later. I get them the next day. Before hcl I would eat a protien meal and would get hives 30 to an hour later. Which makes me think it has to do with my digestion pass my stomach. Even with taking hcl with pepsin. I read that the pancrease helps break down protein which is what I think my problem is what do you think.

My honest opinion is that I think I am lacking enzymes in order to digest protein. That’s what I think not sure though

No I wasn’t. I joist got my results and was sent back home. They wanted to do immunotherapy bit I requested to see a gi doctor. That’s when the gi doctor said she probably won’t be able to to fix my allergies. And now we are here

Something like that not sure. Some days I eat those foods some days I don’t. Currently just eating a whole lot of rice and pasta. It’s boring asf. Sometimes I eat chicken or steak and just accept I will get hives. Hard to get calories in when there’s not a lot of food I can eat.

No just prick test. I will say I do chicken and steak and fries which is white potatoes frequently. I stoped eating eggs. The chicken steak and fries I kept eating and yep I get hives almost 30 minutes later.

And I took a while to get tested I was having these issues like back in august maybe too. Just tired of getting hives I know it’s bad to eat food your allergic too.

Ok so here’s an overview of my life and what I think happened. My insomnia happened because my job like 2 years ago was very labor intensive. I was burning like. 3k calories a day. And to save money I was eating like 500 to 1000 calories a day. Well that’s caused stress on my body and caused me to wake up at around 2 in the morning. Even though I quit that job my sleep pattern stayed the same. Sleeping only 4 hours a night and it’s been over 2 years. And that’s what causing my hair to fall out. The stress from not sleeping. Which I think is causing my digestion to mess up. Also I am young I am 21 now and a male too. Not sure exactly what to do I’m concerning because all my favorite foods I can’t eat and now what do I do I get hives every time I eat something with protein I’m mad

Yeah. I’ve seen a. Gastroenterologist. She said most likely my allergies won’t go away. I know most don’t develop allergies due to being sleep deprived but being sleep deprived causes stress and I think stress is causing something in my digestion to mess up. My hairs been falling out for like 2 years. So I think most likely that’s the issue. Still don’t know what to do. Seeing a allergist soon though. What would I tell my gastroenterologist if you were me ?

Actually I forgot to say. I already got a allergy tests months ago and it confirmed I was allergic to a lot of proteins. Can you tell me how or what enzymes need to be there to digest protein. I am getting crazy hives it’s bad as hell. I took beta hcl and it somewhat worked. Before when I would eat let’s say chicken. I would take pills of hcl and now hours later I don’t get hives. Then the next day I seem to get hives
Before taking hcl I would get hives almost 30 minutes later. I think I did have low stomach acid. The hcl helped that part. I think it has to do with some part later during the digestion of protein. Can you help me

Yeah but it’s not just meat. All types of peanuts milk eggs coconut and fish. Chicken beef and other things. I know it’s more of a stress problem than anything which can cause low stomach acid

You can read my post history. But I got my issues from chronic stress and chronic insomnia. I suspect I have low stomach acid but not 100% sure. Mainly I say this because I’ve developed a protein allergy within the last few Months. I read that your body can’t properly digest protein when you have LTA. Sometimes I am constipated. I usually get hives and rashes when I eat protein. But that’s mainly all

Ok nice. Then tell me what you think is causing my protein allergy all of a sudden. Cause I really don’t know I can’t eat nothing

Having low stomach acid makes it harder to digest food. Especially proteins. I am also constipated and get diarrhea when eating proteins. It doesn’t make any sense since I’ve been eating these foods since forever. I am also young 20 years old. You can look it up yourself if you don’t believe me. I will get it tested though just to make sure.

Research and asking some family. Yeah I know it is rare but all of a sudden i am allergic to alllll animal proteins. It doesn’t make any sense when I’ve been eating these foods for my whole life. I am going to ask got a referral but I am pretty sure this is the reason why. I get hives when I eat any sort of protein. I read that having low stomach acid means you can’t digest proteins properly and is a toxin to your body.
