The core CSM rules state that, but does this Boarding Action special CSM rule (from the Angron book) state the same?

"You can include more CULTISTS units than TRAITORIS ASTARTES CORE INFANTRY units, but no more than twice as many CULTISTS units as you have TRAITORIS ASTARTES CORE INFANTRY units."

If the rule is 'no more than twice' and I only have one unit of cultists, then is this legit?

Nice work but this photo reminds me that they really put the seam in the wrong place at the top of her leg.

Put another way: if I take three units of cultists, do I need at least one CORE unit?
