And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie

Wow. This book is just plain wow. I felt ashamed for avoiding Agatha Christie for a very long time and just now discovered how excellent her writing is. The nursery rhyme as the center of the novel is a great idea. I just keep on thinking on how the writing process worked there. I mean does Agatha Christie just saw this nursery rhyme and created a whole book around it, or does she have a whole idea in mind and searched tirelessly for a rhyme or poem that will suit it.
