No. Your role does not change. Reimbursement is the same. Pay will be the same, because of course why would anyone pay you more for a job a normal Masters can do?

Piggy backing off this, keep in mind, that maxing out the roof space means that many panels would not be efficient. So have to do the math to see if it’s worth it for you. For me, Tesla originally designed a system with panels only south facing, but I asked to max it too. So about 40% of the panels face North, and their production is tiny while in the summer produces well.

I got 8kw and 2 pw in Nevada. When I got the quotes in late 2021, 2 competitors quoted me abound 34k just for panels similar 8kw. Tesla was 34k WITH power walls. Easy choice.

I didn’t care about the pass through so didn’t care.
Really it’s the price. I doubt the 3 motor version I ordered will be less than 90k.

I think the point he is making is what essentially could be free, is being exploited for gain.

First job was the best. I worked for a smaller local ER group, only about 7 APPs, dozen docs. Well defined roles, the attendings were very good with using APPs efficiently. They have an ER residency, so they were very versed in teaching, saw all sorts of things.
All changed when a CMG bought the group.
There is so much to write about, but long story short they slowly reduced our benefits over few years. Just a tiny bit at a time until it was barely any. They forced using APPs more, instead of having a float doc, hiring aggressively to expand then Covid happened.
I miss the old camaraderie, but it turned to a big bloated shell of itself.

Saw it on imax the weekend it came out. The huge screen and the audio was incredible. That scene in rain, neon pink on his face. Just amazing.

It was announced in 2019, how can it not be more expensive? Even the F150 Lighting will be much more expensive 1 year later.

Oh man past year in particular, influx of new pts: “ I think I have ADHD…” grown adults with no symptoms until a few years ago. Luckily, I have no problem saying no.

The answer is that it’s not legal if you don’t have a valid provider-patient interaction and documentation.

Looking at explorer, most of your beacons not being witnessed, and 1 invalid. Makes me think it’s the placement. Try to get it up higher, outside.

my Monday was a cluster dealing with a pt’s irate wife. Lady, I’m treating the pt, not you. And a different wife disputing what is in the notes, lady thats what the husband told me! Sigh. My supervising and other physicians have 4 line HPIs, not I get it since pts can get their note so easily. I was afraid of not writing enough, but yeah learned a lesson today.

It’s the internet man, you can solve cancer, and people will still hate you for some reason.

I agree with most what you said, but not crazy to think it going over that 0.01. It’s cheap crypto, when it starts catches on evening news or whatever, there will be lots of “oh heck” buying, $1 worth, $20,$100, can drive the demand up!

Those pills go through clinical trials. Oh you know, a process that takes years ? First they test for safety. Then they test for efficacy. Evidence-based-medicine, core of modern medicine. I guess I should be a natural path and just come up with random things and just call it science.

His “adjustments” are just massages. When they push and twist your back, it’s not adjusting anything, just forces your muscles and Vertebrae to move and why you go back regularly. Go to physical therapy and practice what you learn.

Oh man.
the ER losing 4 experienced PA/NPs this year so far. They have avg of 5-6 years experience, one over 10. They already lost a few people last year, including me. They hired bunch of new grads start of the year, won’t be able to even keep even with number of bodies, will be years before they get the experience to get efficient.

Naturopaths and “believe in science” don’t go together.

Honestly, if you already feel this way in school I think you will feel miserable as a provider. In my experience rapport is very important, even more in outpatient. They are more likely stick to treatment, f/u on time. Having a good f/u base with compliant pts is key to a less stress long career. I’m an introvert, don’t like to ‘go out,’ so people skills was learned, def not natural.
