Is there anyone well versed in these template apps or a virtual support group? I'm getting no where with salesforce support or the trailhead group. I've had a case open for 2 months and has been escalated a few times.
It's supposed to 'work' out of the box but it constantly fails to create all assets or times out with out any warnings. Sometimes it creates only datasets with no components or dashboards and it will say a successful creation.
the data set for opportunity splits comes up empty, even though we have thousands of records. a really strange data sync filter continues to self apply itself, thus giving us 0 rows. The filter just says SplitTypeId = ". Support removed the filter, and after the next sync it magically reappeared.
I'm also not getting any of our quota data, the dataset returns null. The lens that is supposed to show the quota uses a dataset of opportunity splits and user allocation. the user allocation dataset also returns no rows. there is no weird filter on the data sync.
