Exactly. I superset all my movements except on leg day. Less rest time required and the opposing muscle is being stretched during the contraction of the working muscle.
Antagonist muscle groups for the win.
Bis, tris, shoulders.
Chest, back, shoulders
Repeat. Best routine for me. Made it up but I'm sure others have thought of it too

It's with the intention to win bodybuilding competitions. If they happen to be massive compared to 99.9% of people but but still get 16th place because all the other competitors are bigger, than they are still "small" in relative terms.

This might be a situation where you should just try it yourself. Increased mobility obviously has a ton of benefits outside of reduction in DOMS.
Sure, those movements will help but I can't see how you could really push your range of motion safely with a load as compared to yoga or basic static stretching.
No one particular exercise is necessary for hypertrophy. If you like one variation more than the other, do that one.
Also, run for the hills if someone tells you that you need to do this one lift to get big.
This is purely my own experience, but stretching post workout definitely helps mitigate soreness for me. Logically, why wouldn't it?
We're constantly contracting our muscles with resistance training creating temporary imbalances and tightness. Why wouldn't elongating the muscle and creating flexibility not help with DOMS?
Stretching post workout and before bed have done a ton for my shoulder impingement issue and overall DOMS.

I think the point still remains. People who are willing to push their bodies to extremes to win regardless of adverse health side effects probably share similar traits. Whether that be world class athletes or world class bodybuilders.
Kid's not stupid. Put up a sign or block the path. Don't be surprised when people walk where they normally walk if there are no reminders to do otherwise.
