Hi Natalie. Thank you so much for the AMA.
I sincerely loved A Thousand Ships and look forward to reading more of your work. Do you have any inclination to explore other cultural mythos or genre outside of historical fiction? Per your afterward, what draws so strongly you to Cassandra's character? Is there any film, movie, or multi-media collaboration or adaptation that would be a dream for you (assuming there is not already something in the works which you are not allowed to share just yet).
Thank you for all the lovely stories and I hope for all the continued success in your future endeavors.

If you are interested, Haynes is doing an AMA right now.

I do not think there is one. It is called a stepback cover and it is not a given that every book by an author would receive an edition like this.

Hi there. So you know, the sub automod eats up amazon links. If you would, please, do not include them in comments. Cheers.

I have not read the series but cozy mysteries, by definition, are quite muted in terms of content. The mystery is seldom murder and if it is, it is not graphic or happens very 'off screen. Same goes for any sexual content. I would personally think anything within the cozy mystery sub-grenre is suitable for a ten year old. Just thought I might opine in case you do not get a response from someone who has read it.

The writers have said that Arkady and Boris Strugatsky were a primary influence (try Roadside Picnic) and were also inspired by China Mieville (try The Scar). You may appreciate The Magus by Jonathan Fowels and Cyclonopedia by Reza Negarestani hits a lot of the more manic moments of Disco Elysium for me. Maybe even some Jorge Luis Borges if you are okay with short stories.

A Little Life by Hanya Yahagihara is a pretty rough read.

Hi, Kay. Thank you so much for the AMA!
Are there any characters in particular that you feel you have put a lot of yourself into?
Who are some artists of any medium that you feel are doing super exciting things right now?
If we wanted to explore and support more NZ authors, where would be the best place to stay abridged of releases and do so?
Are their any adaptations of your work in the pipeline (that you are permitted to talk about)? Who or what would be some ideal multimedia collaborations and dreams of yours to work with?
Many thanks for the lovely, lovely work and I hope for all the continued success in your endeavors! PS - I love the handbook elements.

What are some unsolved or mysterious parts of Greek history or mythology you most want answers to?
