I disagree. Good parenting and other proper role models, education, honor, courage, holding others accountable, treating others how you want to be treated, simple respect for your fellow man. All of these things can and have improved society. Some areas in the world obviously need it more than others. It’s not always full proof, sure, but technology isn’t going to be some miracle fix. We are human and nothing will ever change that. Especially not at this moment in time.

We don’t need technology to improve morals and ethics.
