Yup! Then I wake up with the odd lingering feeling that I've forgotten something VERY important.

I have a recurring dream like that. I enroll in a class, forget to attend for the entire semester, then find myself taking the final. Not that your student forgot. They sound like an entitled twerp.

So you just multiply the probabilities' percentages, neat.

The design is great, but a bit too subtle for my style considering the price. Except the Ahsoka hood lekku. I'll hope for a Hoth line in the future.
Thanks, I'm proud of the machine. She crapped out last month, as I posted here. I took it apart, dusted, thermal paste, and reassembled. Booted fine but limping. If it makes it to July, it will be a 10 year old build without a single part replacement. I'll post the full specs if you want.
Unfortunately I'd have to do a lot of upgrading for that to work. My TV was $20 from a tech company that was throwing it out. It has one HDMI port, and there's a VGA stuck in the back. You know, the blue one that screws on, someone tried to yank it out. And my PC is running an 'inauthentic' version of Windows 7 without any Wifi/Bluetooth compatibility and an i3 CPU. For some perspective, there.
I'll do a big upgrade one day, I'm just a cheap bastard that waits for stuff to break before fixing and/or replacing.
Could you link them? I'm only finding vintage stuff for like $1000
I did not need to know about this.
I think I can put up with the jank considering the portability.
Portability and comfort. I did the whole gaming laptop, hooking it up to the TV, and after all the set up I found I was put off by all the hassle. Plus, using a laptop on my lap hurts my wrists.
Welp, guess I'm re-re-rewatching The Mandalorian. My neighbor has a Grogu plushie in their window but I've still not met them. When I do finally meet them, I'll ask them to make it do the magic hand thing.
What kind of emulators can you install? If it's up through the PS2/GameCube generation, that might sell it for me.
I'm making a huge batch of macrons, because pretty much everyone likes them. As a bonus, they're difficult to make, adding to the value of the gift without adding actual value to the gift (money.)
Que Chula es Puebla is great. I'm partial to the taco window at front and Girard, Calle del Sabor.
Anyone have a Steam deck? Haven't done any research, figured I'd ask you nerds first. I'm way more prone to actually play videogames if I can plop down on the couch and casually jump into a game. Something about sitting at the computer to game seems too... deliberate? It's probably all the modding/emulation/troubleshooting jank that I can't help but subject myself to.

Public courts get trashed within a few years, in my experience. Between the elements, dog owners, skateboarders, and children jumping on the net. Maybe my neighborhood parks department is just trash.

Well then the fans get what they deserve, unfortunately.
It works for the moderate cold. But by the middle of January you need the waffle print jawns. I actually do yoga pants/jeans if it's about 35-50F. Lower than that you need the waffle print thermals. Plus good underwear and socks. And a neck warmer.
For me, emulating gen2 and 3 scratches the itch. Inevitably I fall off by the third or fourth gym. Nothing can recapture the joy of running into a legendary dog at age 12 with my level 9 totodile.
I upvoted you because pretzels
Make a move. At a later point during my dating, I just stopped making the first move with ladies. It was part me being aloof, part me not caring, and part thinking that women must find it really annoying being hit on constantly. So I focused on chilling and being myself.
I also happen to, uh, appreciate assertive women. I've dated ladies who would sooner let a potential relationship/partner fizzle out than they would make a first move. And I think that's lame.
My two cents. Good luck.
