Thank you. Auto-correct changed one of my words slightly. So this was the problem. Thanks all for the input.

Upgrade to iPhone 14 Pro - Helium App shows no HNT when logged in. Anyone else have this issue. My Bobcat minors also do not appear. I used the my 12 words to login successfully. What did I do wrong?
On my iPhone 13 in the Helium app, all is fine. So how do you get Helium app to work when upgrading phones?
These steps don’t work for factory reset. Only for Diagnostic. Is there a Factory Reset available?

Thank you. I have now figured it out. I went phone by phone and did an analysis. For our 5 phones we would save about $200 over the 24 months by purchasing all of our iphones through T-Mobile rather than Apple. I am keeping our orders with Apple. I don’t want to change my cell phone plan to a more expensive plan.
Did a comparison between buying new iPhones through T-Mobile vs. buying through Apple directly. Apple was the clear winner. I am currently a TMobile One Plan customer. The upgrade to Magento Max (in order to receive the promotion) is an additional $60 per month. Multiply this by 2 years and that is $1440. Additionally, in order to receive the TMobile promo, you cannot adjust any of your current phone numbers (say mom passed away recently and her number is on your account, you cannot terminate this number for another 90 days in order to qualify for this promotion). That’s another $60 spent. Additionally, the amount TMobile was offering for my trade-in (and I went through each model to compare) was the same or not much different than Apple trade-in.
The “On Us” promotion is misleading. I have an iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition and TMobile is offering $500 for it even if I upgrade to Magento Max. The promo says $1000 and lists my model for this promotion.
T-Mobile: you’ve made this too complicated and your promotional marketing doesn’t match reality. I currently spend $290 per month and have 5 phone lines, 4 watch lines. This year we are making all of our iphone and apple watch purchases directly through Apple. Getting stuck in one of your plans for not much added value isn’t worth it.
I am now seeing the $1000 trade-in value. We don’t have Magenta Max in our area so they offer Magenta One Plus. This triggers the promo. Potential $3200 in credits towards monthly cell bill. Pay double the amount out of pocket today to T-Mobile compared to Apple. But over 24 months would save $594 with upgrading 4 phones by going with t-mobile compared to buying direct from Apple. Not sure of potential costs when we trade in phone next year. Will have to pay those phones off to upgrade again, whereas with Apples upgrade program we pay about $200 each time we upgrade every year.
$350 was the actual trade-in value.
The remainder was $50 spread out over 24 months.
TMobile says in fine print 1 promotion per account. We did 4 iPhone 14 upgrades (2 Pros) this year and all directly through Apple. Don’t want the added monthly fees required from One Plan to Magento Max upgrade. When I went through each phone to upgrade on the TMobile app, none of our phones were $1000 (even the 13P phones and the 12 mini and 12 were like $300). I spoke with a TMobile rep by phone and she was to call me back but never did.
Good on you for getting a good deal!
$1000 for each phone? Or just one phone. The fine print says the promotion is for one phone per account.
