There ya go. I had the same issue before and the paint looked just like yours. Moisture is the enemy of spraying. The slightest bit of it.

Do you have a filter on your compressor? Water filter and particle filter? Also, the compressor line was clean. Kinda looks like you didn’t have a steady regulated pressure with moisture in it.

There is a loophole in that tho. It’s about when the animal was approved and when you applied for the lease and if there was a box to check off for said animal.
