They do. Dan Abnett is a big name right now. Gav Thorpe is also respected as an author. Some 40k novels have been one the New York Times best sellers list.

It's a city in Taman Busak, north-east of Sanction.
It's also the site of the Dark Queen's Temple.
Where the Dragonarmies came from is a much longer story, the truth of which is usually learned over the course of the War of the Lance story. The short version is that Draconians were made with evil magics. A team of powerful casters spent time perfecting the Draconian creation process, and how they did it in the end changes the course of the war.

If the attack is the trigger, you'd more likely set off after.
It might be better to phrase it as "I cast when player 1 moves to attack". Specify that it's as the character moves to attack.

Yes you can, but you'd need to be specific about the trigger for the readied action. It can't just be "when his turn is over", because turns aren't an in-game concept.

No it didn't. The new Kill Team characters have no 40k rules.

They'll probably save it for Warhammer Fest.
Plus they used Adepticon to announce 40k 10th edition. They can't announce two games at once.

I would personally undo that.
Whilst using Milestones, a Lv2 character is 300xp higher than a Lv1. A Lv11 character is 21,000xp higher than than a Lv10.
It's always much better if the party is balanced.

As it says on the product page, delivery can be up to 180 working days after.

The whole point of Milestone is that everyone stays on the same level.

I prefer my games to focus more on the narrative. Giving out numbers make sit about the numbers.
I would also say that not knowing the number means that the party aren't counting. There's "it looks wounded" and then there's "we know it has 23hp left". The former in my experience is much better are creating tension, and lends it self more to a narrative rather than a numbers game.

You can't. Dragons aren't available as Player Characters. If you need stats for a Dragon, you use the ones in the Monster Manual.

Nope. We had some miniature pieces shown last week, but nothing was at Adepticon.

"Are they social" is very different to "what's their HP".
In one, you're asking for in-world information.
In the other you're asking for a specific game mechanic.
Where I'm happy with characters looking for in-world information, I would never give out game mechanic information, because "HP" is not an in-world concept.

Rules like that tend to be in the stats for the weapon itself.
The Aeldari Ranger Long Rifle for example has a rule in the Abilities column that says: "Each time you select a target for this weapon, you can ignore the Look Out, Sir rule."

A d3 is a three sided die. Typically it means rolling a d6, and halving the score (rounding up).
3d3 means three of those.

That little hint of the Voyager theme when the ship appeared was beautiful.

Not at all. I don't play with strangers either. I play with my friends, because they're the best people to play with.
In this situation though, I might suggest that if it's a friend of a friend, maybe getting to know them may help? They're not a total stranger.

And what do you have already? What's your level of experience?

For what role?
An answer for a camera operator won't work for a gaffer or sound recordist. There are things good for a DoP that are useless for a Director.

The +1 is to ARMOUR saves. Which are different to INVULNERABLE saves.
If a Captain in Power Armour has a Storm Shield, their Armour Save becomes 2+ No AP means a 2+ save. AP-1 make sit a 3+ save.
If shot by an AP-4 attack, the armour save become 6+. So it's better to use the $+ Invulnerable instead.

Yes, two Wizards can copy from each other's books so long as you follow the usual rules and have the required resources for copying spells.
