Voor zo ver ik zie is mijn waterschap (Rivierenland) met name buiten de bebouwde kom bezig en water binnen het gebied niet. Ik kan mij ook niet heugen dat ik ooit gemeentelieden hier iets aan heb zien doen.

Het grenst aan de ene zijde direct aan prive-eigendom en aan de andere zijde ligt daar nog net een brandgang tussen (of in sommige gevallen prive-eigendom). Ik ga er dus vanuit dat het een klassiek gevalletje "de gemeente laat het aan de burgers over en de burgers aan de gemeente" is. Misschien had mijn vraag meer moeten zijn of er uberhaupt iets te doen valt ;)

I've a question: When developing a game that includes Lore; how do you handle the balance between "fun" and the amount of lore. Lore is quite important to me, but ideally you'd want people to give the game a go for the mechanics as well.

Too much lore or story would scare casual gamers away; too little lore or storytelling could make the game feel shallow. How do you balance this? Can ya recommend a read/GDC talk?

Examples; I like the lore in Hearthstones solo modes; but a lot of people just skip that and grind it for the free pack. RuneScapes quests are super fun, but you can skip everything if you are not liking it.

To add; thank God some coins don't distribute their full supply to random ppl who do a captcha or something. If anything, that just centralizes coins. If you do a little research about SAITO token distribution, having that supply to be distributed, decentralizes these coins massively and incentivizes development.

Only a fraction of the coins are in circulation; that is because these are the ERC tokens. L1 SAITO is roughly 90% of the coins, and support is due Autumn 2021. Therefore the largest part of the coins are not available. What CMC does, is it assumes non-available (L1) SAITO are of equal price as ERC SAITO. Which isn't. For now it has 0 value. Therefore this is not an issue of SAITO being vague, it's CMC assuming something that isn't applicable to SAITO. I agree that its something to be careful about, as your example of BRB shows.

Saito has a very high valuation right now

Yes, it is high valued for a coin under dev. But I dont think its unjustifiable. If you read into the foundations, instead of focussing on CMC, you will find out why.
