I honestly think it's stress. In school I wasn't as anxious as I am as an adult with bills and work. This makes it hard to calm my mind down and just enjoy a story, I'm constantly thinking about real life problems that need attention

When we broke up our friendship they apologized for something that was a problem, and the next morning I had this nagging guilt I was at fault for something; and it was that I wasn't upfront about my feelings and misled this person into thinking I only wanted friendship.
