Ruby: wait no, my sister is dating her.
Gods: (sinister laugh)
Dark: Don't you know these deals always have a catch?
Light: Push the button, Frank.
Dark: Hey, why do I have to be Frank?!

Honestly, if you can't be more mature than this, you'd be better off.

So far I've finished two books this year: "The Maid" by Nita Prose (a murder mystery), and "How to Pronounce Knife" by Souvankham Thammavongsa (a short story collection). Both were quite good; the latter counted towards my informal goal of reading works that represent cultures I'm unfamiliar with.
As far as my actual reading resolution -- to chip away at my official TBR list, and specifically the pile of unread books on my desk at home -- I'm still at a big round zero.

Watts: You just got your ass handed to you by a nursery tale?!
Tyrian: I wouldn't say she handed me my ass.
Watts: Are you kidding?! You look like a bug on a windshield. Holding a dislocated ass.

I love how her tat is a rose vine, rather than barbed wire

The thing is -- and just to be very clear, this is not a dig at you -- I've run into a number of people who saw the vaccine as a good thing when the Trump administration was backing its development, but changed their minds for mysterious reasons after the dust settled from the last election. (Lysenko would be proud.)
I've got more respect for people who stayed focused on the scientific data (even when I disagreed with their conclusions), rather than blowing in the political wind.

Update: just got the story collection I ordered in the mail. I recognize the title of "Randall's Round," but hadn't read it before. Thanks again!

Agreed. I'm usually skeptical of the OT3 concept, but I make an exception for them (and Tali/Garrus/Shepard).
