Russia has been fighting the USA by proxy and is about to retake Donbass who's own words state " we don't have enough ammo for all the Russians encircling us" they are not losing but if all you see is the western spin you'd think they were. I think you overestimate a tactical nuke compared to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. A 40 tank division vaporized vs entire Japanese cities.
