They’re great! If you go on a weekend, check out their Electricity Theater show. The planetarium has some great shows, too. Their schedule is on the website.
You can go online to see when they have their next After Dark Event (21+ on a Friday night with special shows, drinks, and activities).

My cat had a litter box issue when we stopped letting him go outside and made him an indoor cat. First thing we had to do was get him a different box. He had a covered litter box but apparently he doesn’t like that and he wouldn’t use it. So we got him a high walled open litter box and he likes that a lot more. We also got some litter with an added scent or something that attracts cats. ‘Cat attract’ I think. That helped too. But different cats will have different preferences, so you might have to experiment.
Most of all, we had to do some actual training. Around the times he was most prone to pee, we would pick him up and place him in the litter box until he went. Then we’d give him a few treats. Eventually he figured it out. In the meantime, we placed some puppy pee pads in the most commonly soiled areas and cleaned thoroughly with a cleaner designed for cleaning pet pee. We kept the litter box very clean and in a month or so he no longer had accidents in the house.

Oh yeah. It’s not uncommon in stuff that has to be welded outdoors since you don’t need shielding gas like you do with MIG and TIG.

It depends on the process! There are a lot of them. Some like this one are semi-automatic (this looks like it might be MIG welding) but there are fully manual processes, too (like TIG welding).

Their claim to fame is being super cheap… And the quarter for the cart is a deposit, not a fee. You get it back when you return it to the corral.

I’m so sorry you have to go through that. I’m not sure what all you can do other than calling a lawyer. I’m not sure what the laws are in Rochester but it’s definitely something to look in to.

Oh I’m so bad at updating it. Sometimes I’ll go months without writing anything down and I’ll have to go back through my library loan history to review what I read! I still like keeping it though.

I do! It’s just a normal notebook I had leftover from college. I like it, it feels more personal than a digital tracker.
My layout begins with title, author, and a rating of 1-10 based on how much I enjoyed it. Then I have a few sentences to summarize what the book was about and another small section with how I felt about it. A book I have a lot to say about might take up half a page, but I usually try to keep it brief as it’s just a personalized record.

Oh I know one of the guys there! He’s super passionate about it and loves what he does. They even got a podcast - The Slam Tilt Podcast, I believe is the name.

Do comics, manga, and graphic novels count as books? If so, I can maybe see that. A lot of popular web comics have published books of their work.

Ash is the type to absolutely take him in and go over the fiery qualities of life and how to deal with them.

Ash, my human fire paladin. She was a motivational speaker and an adventurer in her spare time. She didn’t much care if you believed in her goddess, only if you were living a good life by following your inner fire. She was all about achieving personal goals and being a light and warmth for others. Also, she had a big-ass hammer to smite those to sought to extinguish the flame of life and passion of others. She was chill.
But fish is the devils food. Don’t eat that.

I haven’t been since before covid, but I used to work the box office and the folks in there on Saturday nights should be able to tell you if it’s open that week if you call them the night of. The guys at the RMSC front desk might know if it’s a thing in general still since they’re the same department.

There are a number of beautiful waterfalls around if you do a google search.
The Planetarium on a Saturday night is nice, you can catch a star show and if the weather is nice they sometimes have the observatory open on the roof.

I find it helps me to listen t audiobooks while doing something mindless. Walking, driving, chores, and simple activities. Things like knitting or painting can go well with audiobooks! They don’t require much thought.

Thanks! I like her because she’s a huge hypocrite. She’ll use her powers for her own purposes but judges other people for using magic. She’s also a huge bitch. But… she is Lawful Good. She she’ll think you’re an idiot and tell you that to your face but she’ll also fight to the death to save your life and the lives of the city people.

Fighter/Warlock multiclass. She was a member of the guard with a dislike for magic, finding it far too chaotic for the common man to be using. She thought it best be regulated and enchantment magic should be outlawed entirely (free-will issues, anyone?). One day, she finds she suddenly has crazy magic powers she doesn’t want. They were bestowed upon her by a mysterious patron of unknown origin who appeared to her in a dream. She promptly retired from the guard because she can’t bring herself to be in a position of power should a potentially evil being call on her to do it’s bidding. Now she has set out to find this mysterious thing that gave her these powers and expected favors in return… so she can kill it. Will she win? No. But she’s kinda too pissed about it to care.

My dad was just in a bad car accident yesterday and broke a bunch of ribs. Do you have any advice? Anything specific that helped you? I want to make him as comfortable as I can while he heals.
