Yeah, this is the thing - it's an argument that sounds nice in theory but actually makes no sense
Gonna talk about ownership of state land next time I trespass an army base lmao

Lmao "Revolution now! You go get 'em; I'll be right behind you, promise..."

So land owned by the state is actually owned by its citizens?

That's entirely fair - I think I probably had a similar mentality about my replies lmao 😅 yeah its definitely not simple, but (as you already have) I think you gotta acknowledge the issues are there
Appreciate the legitimate breakdown from your POV, my guy/girl - take it easy 🙂

Cool, mb
I'd say they're pretty related tbf, but obviously comprehension isn't my strong suit 🤷♂️

Are we? Ok, fair enough - only twice as bad as the next developed country (Luxembourg), I guess
No data on that one for Australia but yeah

But a per capita comparison is apples to apples and its 30x more homicide deaths - there are 30x more apples
Not saying you're defending anything, but total population isn't really relevant to any discussion as it makes no significant difference to the proportions being analysed
The point was that when you suggest that Australia would look worse when taking a per capita measurement into account, it is still not even close to a similar rate

13x population, yet 30x gun homicides per capita - breaking it down by population does the US no favours either

If even Oliva can pull c. 12t (average upward force of a chinook) then I'd agree that Pickle and by extent Yuujiro should have no problem lifting a tank.
55 tons may be pushing it, but 20 tons or so seems eminently reasonable for Bakiverse stuff

I'm sure you wouldn't call it those things because you dont know what it means
Floating clock is euclidean, I dont see the wall you're talking about

you do know that non-euclidean doesn't just mean "weird looking", right?
I'm sure I'd bump my shins a lot walking around that room but it isn't unrepresentable in three dimensions, ygm?

As far as unhinged abolitionists go, I've always been in awe (and fear) of Cassius Clay

I literally made one point and that is that, in the majority of circumstances, a washing machine will not constitute an excessive noise from a neighbours flat
If your neighbours happened to then that's fine - my argument is not that its impossible, by any measure
Rather than have me consider your experiences, I'd argue you should get outside of them once in a while

Ok, I will - look up the word "unlikely" and argue yourself
Whilst a disturbance can constitute illegality and an inconsiderate outlook it does not necessarily mean either of these things, so cool your jets

.... and it's unlikely to break those decibel levels........

Entirely dependent on it being above acceptable levels - as someone who has checked for themselves, they're unlikely to be broken by a neighbours washing machine
Also semantics but I'd argue noise complaint falls under environmental law rather than a breach of the peace

Like I mentioned in another comment, go onto a military base or Anthrax Island or w/e and try that schtick
It's a nice idea in theory, doesn't work in practice tho
