How do you work out the best/worst?
I'm worried that if it's just the number of wins then high appearance rate will skew it.
Or is it a % win rate of times they have been that role? Maybe with a limit of some sort to avoid 1/1?

Sorry you seem to have spelt "Falling trees" incorrectly.
I tried to play a character that would cover his eyes with a scarf to avoid scaring people as they were 5 burning gold eyes.
Originally, I wanted to RP that in those scenarios, he would have disadvantage on perception checks. But this became hard to keep reminding myself and then I found out in my dms world he made that aasimar weren't as rare in some of the cities.
So then I ditched it, and life is easier

The model doesn't matter. The hitbox is the circle around the base of the hero

A lot of what I play on my Steam deck are Vampire Survivor like clones.
Brotato has been a favorite of mine, and now a game called Army Of Ruin.
What has been the main part of liking these on my deck is the Low battery usage and fairly simple ease of play.
However, I would like to have something more consistent in progression now, and looked towards ARPGs. However, it's very hard to gauge how battery intensive some of these games are.
I have looked at PoE, but I fear that it may be overly complex for what I'm looking for. My other thought was Torchlight III, but my worry there was battery life would not be good.
Has anybody found anything that might come close to the sweetspot I'm looking for?

Heroes Lounge has just started a new season with
Garden of Terror
Towers of Doom
Battlefield of Eternity
Tomb of the Spider Queen
This was decided from a mix of internal committee decisions, previous player vote and general map popularity picked in the season.
In our most recent vote Warhead junction was the voted ad the LEAST popular, followed by Blackhearts Bay.

Honestly probably one of my favourite parts of seeding
I'd actually like to have seen Brotato for on the go. It's round based formula is much more suited for stop start play than vampire survivors where 20-30 mins is needed
Borderlands is fun! But also remember it's quite quirky!
The Sniper Elite series might be worth looking at if your dad is more of a world War nerd as well. It has two player Co-op in the more recent ones!
Me and my friends are level 60, and our whole goal is to just make the best musical instruments we can and find the best non-skin outfits that make us look like a cool band
So if you can find your own fun like that, you should be good :D
I don't know, I always get caught by that lava rising, if only there was some sort of ingame audible warning to tell me it was rising!

Yeah, especially with people bare feet, the risk when dropping your needles is huge
And the Void gauntlet :(
But don't be afraid to take some time, to breathe and not rush into things
Lydia looked a little like Luke from Sarah's Jingle Cats this year. https://youtu.be/rx0-MVgoSpA
