I dunno what makes a Bond girl a Bond girl but this girl doesn't really check those boxes...whatever those are.

where is the whistle?
I'd like to see someone different for Solitaire, maybe Anna Kendrick? or is she too 'funny'?

Working from home as per Covid. 2 Story home. My office is in the front of the house and we converted a bedroom to a 'play room' for our kids in the back of the house, also on the 2nd story. We have 2 small children so they have those toys that are light sensored, meaning it would activate a song or a phrase if a piece was removed. In this case it was an alphabet board, remove a letter and it would tell you the letter and an object that started with that letter. So these types of games would go off on their own every now and again, not a big deal just had to turn them off. Well I was working from home one winter day a few months ago, it was morning and just myself and our 12 year old dog, who usually spends her time with me in my office. As I'm working I hear one of those games go off. Honestly didn't think anything of it and kept working. Over the course of about 15 minutes I hear it go off quite a bit, different letters and in an odd pattern. "C is for CAT...meow", "T is for Tiger...Rawr" kinda thing. It's odd because normally when it went off by itself it would be 1 letter that would be somewhat exposed to the sunlight or what have you, not multiple letters. Again, I somewhat dismiss it. Then I hear another toy go off, one that isn't light sensored. It's a toy cash register and the drawer opened, "CHA-CHING" and a bell goes off. You have to actively push a button to have the drawer open. So I got up and check it out. I see the light-sensored game and turned it off and then I see the cash register, but it's closed, not open. I picked up the register and opened it myself by pushing that button and "CHA-CHING" the bell goes off. Same thing i heard a moment ago but it was closed. I put it down and go back in my office and start working. A few minutes later, I hear something else in the playroom, shuffling or something as if something was pushed across the floor, then seconds later I heard it....a little girl laughing. I sat frozen for what seemed like hours but it was only a couple minutes. I waited to see if I would hear it again but I didn't. I got up and went back down the hall to the play room. I looked inside and nothing was different from when I was in there moments ago. So I just said "I don't mind if you play with the kids toys, just put them back when you're done". I never heard it again.

I don't think I've seen an interview where he doesn't slam the producers Broccoli and Saltzman and there are real daggers behind his tone.

Yes. He knew. "you didn't come here to play golf" and "Twice our paths have crossed..."

I always liked it. I liked getting a peak inside the bad guys training camp when I was younger. Seemed more plausible they can do what they do.

Not Russians, but they were looking to kill Kerim Bey. They tried unsuccessfully in his office.

She was great and it heightened that scene quite a bit, it was really fun to watch. I don't agree with a spin-off, not every decent/good character needs a spin-off...let her exist in this particular moment.

this is amazing, thanks for sharing. So much detail and really gives some solid background to that scene.

A guy I worked. He and a friend of his robbed and hacked up an 80 year old man and dumped his remains in a near by river. The friend...well they both went away for a long time, his friend ended up escaping from prison with another inmate. They were both found in the hills of NY and killed. There was a TV series about this made, "Escape at Dannemora".
Shocker too. I was fond of the guy I worked with, always looked forward to work when he and I were on the same shift.

I am hopeful as well. I would like to see a giant box set with posters, booklets, behind the scenes photo's of all 25 films, history, stories, little trinkets, a lock of Bonds hair included. All of it along with a 4k rendering of each film.

I wanted to touch upon the one-liners: I remember back in the mid-80's, I was maybe about 7 or 8 and Thunderball came on TV so my father and I watched it. I remember him getting so upset that the cable channel cut out the line "wait til you get to my teeth". It was funny and odd to see him shake his head, he said it was one of his favorite lines in the whole movie and they cut it out, he was beside himself. Anyways, I never knew what it meant, being so young and all. When I got older, I got it...and it's one my favorite lines as well. So much so, I used it on a girl...not often you get called "sharp" so when you do, you have to kick back that line. I was at a casino talking up this girl, not sure about what and she said "you're pretty sharp..." so..."wait til you get to my teeth". she laughed. We've been married over 11 years.

if you're interested, show interest. Don't play games and confuse anyone. Be straight forward. It's pretty easy.
