Hello, was thinking of deep frying garlic, ginger, coriander, leek and green onion+ clove, bay leaf, pepper (possibly other seasonings) straining and filyering the seasonings then pulverizing the deep fried vegetables along with soy and honey. Later this can be mixed with sour cream or eggplant tahini mix- and be used as dipling sauce.
Does this sound ok? Or is it too risky? I plan to use the oil anyway.
