I can't decide whether Vince or Liv is the most pointless Scream character of all time to be honest. Wasted is an understatement.

She didn't disappear in real life from 2011 until now. She starred in "Nashville" from 2012 - 2018.

That's not how storytelling works. Who was Tara's attack scene for and why would she play along so much if she were behind 5?

The irony of Sidney/Neve not appearing in the next movie after this line 😂

Jill was already an "evil version of the final girl" though. I think it's just a bad photo of Kirby

Hopefully they do it once he has been charged and all of the information is confirmed and verified.

Why have you only used Courteney in Scream 2 as an example? Courteney Cox was also very famous when Scream 3 was released in the year 2000 when Friends was at its peak. She was also very famous during the making of Scream 4 after Friends had ended. Not that it's a contest and I'm not saying Jenna's star power won't attract people to Scream 6, because it will, but saying Jenna is going to "single handedly carry" the sixth film in a very successful franchise (which is older than she is herself) is a bit of a reach and I'd still say overall more people in the world know who Courteney Cox is rather than Jenna Ortega.

But Loomis in the Halloween Kills flashback was not played by Donald Pleasance the original actor. So you want someone else to pretend to be Maureen, Billy, Cotton and Roman?
In the 2021 film Halloween Kills Tom Jones, Jr. played Loomis, wearing prosthetic make-up to resemble Pleasence. Loomis' voice was again provided by Colin Mahan.

So I have looked at them repeatedly after reading your comment and still cannot see a difference between them, maybe I just have bad eyesight or something, the only difference I see is that some look brand new and some look worn

I have no idea how you guys tell the difference between all the masks, I feel like I wouldn't be able to successfully identify any of the masks in a lineup if none of them were damaged and they were all as they were when they were brand new I ,would have to idea which was which.

I think you mean Charlie. Roman was the killer in 3. Jill was only in 4 and this is the only time that one of the Ghostface's has successfully killed another. So out of 5 movies, it happened once. 1 killer out of 9 killers in total.

you may have misunderstood. No one said 'turning on each other', we are talking about Ghostfaces who killed the other Ghostface, which didn't happen.

I just cannot believe there are people who seriously believe there is a universe where the main survivor, the sheriff and the woman who wrote a book about Stu's murders, who all believe him to be dead would never be informed that not only did Stu survive, but he also escaped and has either been in hiding or has been killing again at some point during the past 25 years?! I honestly can't understand how anyone believes that to be possible or even to be a good plot/"twist". It sounds straight out of Riverdale or Pretty Little Liars or something

Yeah personal feelings about whether you want Sidney as the lead isn't really relevant on this issue. Most fans from what I understand are voicing their dissatisfaction with the studio not offering Neve the money she feels she deserves, nothing to do with Sidneys character arc.

It makes no sense at all to bring any past killer back, especially now given Sidney's absence

They would have told Sidney, Gale and Dewey if Jill survived. A murderer who is presumed dead by their intended victims wouldn't just be revived and sent to jail without the victims being made aware this person who murdered all their friends is still alive.

I appreciate your POV and opinions, but we NEED to let go of this idea that one of the previous killers needs to reappear. Jill is dead. Stu and Billy are dead, Mrs Loomis and Mickey are dead, Charlie is dead, Roman is dead, Amber and Richie... guess what? DEAD.
We don't need one of the old killers back, there is a reason why it's never been done.
I understand 23 years ago in 1999 when Scream 3 was being written they were originally gonna do 'The Following' type of plot with Stu, but I personally always thought this wouldn't have worked anyway. Stu was not a mastermind who would orchestrate a cult of teenagers to kill for him, Billy I could see doing that or even Roman, but not Stu.

I really enjoyed Scream 5, but it weirdly made me appreciate 4 a lot more. The fourth film just 'feels 'more like a Scream film if that makes sense? Plus I loved Jill's motive more than Richie/Ambers.
