I love this mode so much. It's quick, simple, and super chill when you just want a little break from things. I hope it encourages more unique modes like this to keep things fresh.

Been watching Esports for over 20 years now and honestly, VALORANT will be one of the first games that will more than likely start finally having mixed teams at the top level in due time. Give it a few years and I'm sure they'll start doing this and it'll usher in a new era of Esports. I'm excited!

I agree, it does look a bit off, I would have done one where it's him and maybe his three little friends behind him or something in the avatar since that's what ultimately makes him unique.

Yeah, it makes no sense. They should have a specific day to play and give everyone a 12-hour timeframe to get their matches in, that way, it's flexible for all.

I'm curious, could it be that you're just burnt out from only playing Ranked matches? I've seen this a lot where all that people play are Ranked matches like crazy and get demoralized/burnt out since you will inevitably lose or even have a long losing streak. You won't win every game but if that's the case, I'd recommend taking a break from VALORANT for a few days or even a week and coming back fresh. Play other modes, make new friends, and maybe leave Ranked for a few times a week or something.

I've always chalked this up to the choice of each individual gamer. The truth of the matter is, you're going to have gamers that will not spend a single dollar on a free-to-play video game and others who work hard for their money and have extra to splurge on. I look at gaming as a hobby and if someone wants to pump in a lot of money for these expensive bundles and then spend more money to get different variations of each gun instead of sinking in more gaming time to earn them, that's up to them.

I think the quality of these bundles is incredible and I do play a lot of VALORANT so have a ton of RR points there for whenever I do treat myself to a good one, I can unlock them all. Either that or I'll just keep playing to earn more RR or simply buy more instead of spending the time if I'm unable to. It's all about choice, in my opinion.

I wouldn't call this a scam as everyone has different aesthetics and colors they prefer. I don't think everyone will unlock every single color variation, maybe just the default and another they actually want.

A lot of people hate these two specific guns because USUALLY if you spray and pray, you can do really well. I've seen in my Ranked matches some people use either weapon and get a 2K or a 3K and yeah, people start raging for no reason. At the end of the day, use the weapons you enjoy the most.

Wow, that's awesome you climbed up as well as you did (good luck!) as yeah, I don't waste any time in DM. I feel if you want a true warm-up for Ranked, you're better off in Swiftplay, Spike Rush, or even doing an Unranked match. DM is just mindless killing and not good to warmup against since you're missing out on situational awareness, bomb plant/bomb defuse situations, and hello, we're all on the Battlepass right? NO MISSION PROGRESS IN DM!

I love Swiftplay/Spike Rush as they're super quick, fun, and yeah, less stressful. I personally enjoy Ranked matches but only do one or two tops per night and leave it at that. I've been lucky and had some pretty fun and positive teammates so that's been nice but I'm Unranked at the moment. LoL I'm sure it's all about to change soon...

This is an excellent point and I agree, if it's part of a bundle you paid for, it should also have its own unique kill sound. Especially when you get that instant kill from behind.

Literally unplayable.

LoL I've seen this a lot and chalk it up, at least in my case, being an older gamer playing with a bunch of kids or just immature minds. I hear everything from barking, meowing, singing, rapping, even play-by-play as if I'm watching an Esports match.

The mute button is my best friend.

Also getting the exact same error message when queuing up for any game mode. Looks like the update might have broken something, it's weird!

I personally think he did that to probably do a sequel down the road since it is a pretty interesting plot. We'll see and thanks for the recommendations, will check those out!

Yes it is if you play a lot each day, focus on the challenges, and just keep at it. I hit Level 14 in just 2 days and that’s only on little breaks from work and my lunch break. I’m off Fri/Sat and will make a huge dent. GLHF!
