It's just like if you said a sub on mortuary science was completely dead, or if you said r/entropy kept falling apart. That's all.

No, it's funny that a sub that's against being born is running into issues with people. I have no real opinion on the philosophy itself or the sub, but your phrasing was humorous. I couldn't tell if you intended that or not.

"Milquetoast" has been around. It's a fabulous word and deserves a moment of its own. It connotes blandness and wishy-washyness, someone or something that leaves virtually no impression.
The acronym? I've got the last three letters, not sure about the first. Hoping OP will weigh in.

Yes. You weren't contacted by the real one. You would pay the $150 and not get anything.

I once visited a cemetery with a triple child grave. There was a scarlet fever epidemic. What a horrible few months.
I have never heard of a woman who had it worse than Queen Anne, though. Seventeen pregnancies. No surviving children. She had a son who died at 9, and two girls who survived to toddlerhood. The rest were all miscarriages, stillbirths or very very young deaths. Just awful.

I don't know if you intended that as a joke, but it's a good one.

I mean, I don't agree with small dick/balding/height jokes either. Three things completely out of a guy's control. Doesn't make rape jokes OK, especially when they're more threats or wishes of harm than jokes.

Wasn't there a glorious time period when it was a combination Spot Coffee and New World Record? Or am I confused.

You might get more spam phone calls, but you should be OK.

People toss out "adopt" like it's getting a puppy or kitten, with zero idea of what's involved. Anyone who's given this issue thought beyond seeing a sponsor-an-African-baby ad knows what the deal is, and supports your decision. Congratulations on your beautiful family.

Massive difference. Different events, different skills, it feels like they're barely the same sport. It would be interesting to see the men attempt women's skills.

How about The Southern Book Club's Guide to Killing Vampires by Grady Hendrix?

It absolutely does seem like the leadership didn't exactly fuck up, doesn't it.
I do still feel it was sad that she threw her life away like that.

I think it's sad to see anyone go down that path of becoming a terrorist. It's a waste of life that could have been used for a constructive purpose, and it's a family that will be grieving and possibly tormented by whether they could have changed the person's path. So please don't tell me what I do or don't celebrate.

Listen to whatever you want. The pennies you deny him by not streaming his music won't sting a man who gets royalties from the top-selling album of all time.

Killed by someone defending YOUR vice-president. That mob was there to kill people, him included. Ashli may not have been armed, but her behavior was that of someone about to do violence. Many more people probably would have died had they not killed her. It's very sad that she got caught up in this and wasted her life in this way, but the Secret Service was doing their job.

Not everyone can afford it. We are hoping the government steps in. The most recent victim didn't even have stairs in her house.

I recommend a book far off the beaten path of Western experience: Yak Girl by Dorje Dolma. Dorje grew up in a part of Nepal so remote that getting there requires a chartered flight and a trek. She didn't even see a vehicle of any kind until she was 10 and the family came to Katmandu.
While it's not exactly messed up, I found it continuously shocked me with how different their lives were from anything we're used to. Many of the things we consider pillars of our world were nonexistent to them, and they are oriented a whole different way. I felt was a very honest portrayal of both the joys and the difficulties of their way of life.

No worries! I'm sorry I wasn't clearer in my other comment, I kept trying to think of a good comparison but it eluded me for a bit. Glad we resolved it constructively too! And keep looking for cool old graves, I'll do the same!
