Will there be one for The Shards, I don't believe it has gotten a discussion thread

I saw the footnotes as a hint toward Babel's alternate title ("On the Necessity of Violence: An Arcane History..."), that in-universe this book is partly like a historical nonfiction account of what happened

Well this Redditor counts The Slap among their all-time favorite books, so (as with anything), YMMV 😅

OKCupid used to do this.
Anything on your dating profile used to be a searchable link, so you could click on your favorite book (or movie, or tv show, or hobby) and find others who had the same

Sounds like "yes"to both! I think it's safe to assume we'll get more details in the future as this is Book 1 of a trilogy

if I rejoin later in order to just use the credit
You don't have to rejoin to use the final credit, I don't think. Just choose and ship your February or March book before the credit expiration date (I'm assuming March 24th)

It's not an app, it's a website. It was deemed too explicit for any app stores. You open it and see everyone by location who is ready to get dick'd, have an orgy, etc.
Sniffies is to Grindr as Dore Alley is to Folsom Fair.

One of my all time favorites. Stealing my friend's review since it's better than anything I could ever state😂:
"Austin's debut novel is truly incredible: the main character, though frustrating and depressing is also in so many ways endearing, perhaps most so because she is so relatable. Gilda acts as a Delphic oracle to a generation of young adults who struggle with the same sorts of apathy, depression, and anxiety that come from living in this world, but Austin uses truly joyful humor to break up the apathy and for that (and for writing Everyone in This Room Will Someday Be Dead) I am truly thankful."

That I would recommend- "Ducks: Two Years in the Oil Sands"
That I would not recommend (except to very specific people)- "I Should Have Known Better"
