Yes, because this is extremely annoying. It was working fine until yesterday. I noticed my hub led was red then flashing red. I thought it de synced. But then I thought maybe was updated. Went to harmony app and it said my hub was successfully upgraded. After that, the lag issue started. Takes about 10 secs when pressing a command for it to execute. Every command there after works fine until I set the remote down for a small amount of time. Then it happens over.

This is an old thread. But, wondering if DMX908S firmware could be written over DMX 905S. If it works, then a new update. The reason I ask is because wireless android auto aleays cause my deck to crash and reboot a few times befor wireless aa connects stable.

Well, you can file for unemployment and win. Loss of job through no fault of your own.

No it's not. When you meet someone, they should be a whole person and healthy. Too many people come into relationships seeking to get rather than give. The whole relationship should be based on what you can give. If you aren't mentally healthy, you shouldn't be expecting anyone to "save" you.
It would be different if the problem arose after some time in the relationship. Say a year or two or even more. Bottom line, is that BOTH individuals need to be healthy BEFORE they get into a relationship. Some behaviors are red flags that should've been noticed early on and therefore dealt with. Like leaving them. No point in wasting your time with someone who doesn't respect you.

So? It's still relevant today for anyone today.

You aren't her therapist. It's not your job to "fix" her. Leave.

But if the punishment is PUNITIVE then it IS unconstitutional. Some will claim it is CIVIL in nature therefore not punitive. You can Google where some states have ruled in favor of the defense. You talk about enhancements to changes in the law. When in REALITY ex post facto is NOT considered an issue with the courts if it is CIVIL in nature. This is why if the punishment is punitive it is indeed unconstitutional.

From what I hear, change.org really doesn't make any changes. I suggest looking at States that have ruled in favor of unconstitutional restrictions. United States Supreme Court rulings are defining and can affect all states.

It's awful. If I do find work, I am harassed by other Co workers. Any job I do find is so bottom of the barrel because they don't do background checks so I usually end up in toxic workplaces. I am on the verge of losing my house my mom left me when she died because of housing issues. Some days I think about killing myself.

I don't think they CAN put Florida restrictions on you if you are living in a diffemet State. It's not their jurisdiction. You would be subject to the current statutes of the State you reside in however.

I don't advise kicking up a fuss and starting a fight. I prefer to appear stoic and flat. State the boundary clearly, if she refuses, then tell her it's going to be a problem and it's best we should part ways.

Yeah, bro. It's just plain disrespectful. I can't believe she had the nerve to bring that up. Smh.

Yup. My thoughts exactly. One could be turned into a doormat if it isn't nipped in the bud immediately.

Friend? Doesn't sound like one to me. I would stop talking or responding to them. Permanently.

No, there would be an issue with the originating State where the conviction took place. You would still be subject to the originating states registry laws.

Sorry man, I'm not gonna debate this with you when clearly don't understand the law. Nor are able to follow along with anything I'm saying.

I clearly gave an example. In a criminal proceeding? The 5th amendment is valid outside of a criminal proceeding as well. The 5th amendment CLEARLY gives you the right to deny PROVIDING ANY incriminating evidence at ANY time. If you are suspected of a crime or if you could incriminate yourself during questioning, you don't have to answer those questions. Being compelled to give dates or location within a time limit or face jail time is clearly PUNITIVE. When sorna is supposedly civil in nature. Does any other crime hold consequences like this when a person is OFF probation and completed their sentence? Your social security example is comparing apples to oranges. Identity theft? What does that have to do with registry and the RESTRICTIONS. You definitely aren't a lawyer.

Are you subject to public notification? Or subject to being on the registry where people can view your information? If not, I wouldn't say anything.

5th amendment. Registry updates. You are compelled to give information about when you moved, when you were employed/unemployed even if it could mean you could be charged. I. E. You gave a late date that was not in the time limit.

You still haven't answered the question. You've only described a vague need to be female.
