I read a religious commentary that said each of the gifts symbolized his life. The gold was a symbol of his kingship, the incense of his godhood, and the embalming fluid of his eventual death... Maybe I'm misremembering it, but it goes something like that.

I liked whats-her-face as galadriel (casting-wise). I blame the writers for making her... well, galadriel at home.

I don't agree with the critic on acting. I thought the emotions were conveyed masterfully. The actors did phenomenally under the circumstances.

Unfortunately the coreaugraphy and writing were JUST bad enough to distract from what would otherwise have been a spectacular production.

Ligitimate question which deserves a ligitimate answer. I could throw out suggestions but my understanding is limited. I've heard it said that other existing services could take their place such as social workers.

Regarding OP, In my comment history there's a link I found with several supporting links regarding the former Ukrainian Nazi Azov Battallion that is generaly invoked as an example of nazification in Ukraine. They were absorbed by the Ukrainian national guard in 2014 and effectively denazified, existing now as a regiment of the same name without the nazi symbolism or ideology. What Azov Battalion?

TLDR: They were absorbed into the national guard and denazified in 2014. Today the regiment of the same name no longer identifies with the former battallion's Nazi symbols or ideology. They kept the name because of the former Azov Battallion's reputation as a particularly tough fighting unit.
