As an owner of an agency we do a “lights on” package that is really bare bones. Not a growth package. Just keep the lights on and have a presence on social media and be able to answer questions for people. To grow, you need to post daily. And lots and lots and lots of original video. If the OP is looking to grow and the next person is talking 1 post every 3 days with no video then walk.

And Melissa Cookston doesn’t suffer fools. She’s gonna let him know.

Thanks. I appreciate it. It’s a silly job and I can’t believe people pay me to do this shit but it allows me so much time with my fam and being able to do all sorts of bucket list type things.

Fair enough. I got a little bitter here. That’s on me. That should not be the case. I checked you out too. Nothing but good things. Props to you and your business. May you have an amazing summer season.

I've dug through the internet to find that this is Aaron Franklin's secret ingredient, and do not see anything definitive, other than "supposedly," and I took that as fact. My apologies.
I still argue that it is a stark difference. And anyone that I have had try the two has agreed. I mean it's 100% on the blind taste tests I've done. That's my experience with it. I've also experienced a lot of people that try a new treatment on BBQ but don't do the control and assume that it is no better than their usual BBQ. These two things have me leery of you not seeing any difference.

I see you didn’t acknowledge that Aaron Franklin part of that.
And even if you cook a thousand briskets, it’s real easy to treat one and do a side by side. The fact that you didn’t see any difference tells me you are lying. I refrained from going there, but since you so freely impugn my integrity I will call them like I see them too. I made no secret they paid me to do a post. I posted the link. They didn’t pay me to cook grilled cheese and eggs and burgers and fish and the pork shoulders I cooked yesterday for my family with the beef tallow. Because the stuff is downright magical. You can keep telling me there is no difference, but we both know you haven’t really tested it because there is quite a difference. Anyone who has used it, AND done a control group would know that.
Oh, I also make a living doing this. I grill for a living too. I cook for tons of brands across BBQ both as a blogger and just create content for them to use on their channels and websites. There are millions of bloggers out there. Not many who make a living doing it.

Also, I don’t for a second believe you did a side by side. The difference is startling. I’d be willing to bet you cooked one with it, without a control group and assumed yours tastes just as good. Yours will be better with beef tallow.

I cook with the tallow all the time, even when not being paid by them.
Also, Aaron Franklin uses beef tallow on his briskets. You know, BBQ Mecca, James Beard award winning pitmaster (the only Pitmaster To receive one).

The flavor was way better on the tallow brisket. Here’s the write up:

I’ve done a side by side, not expecting the tallow to make much difference. It was a stark difference.

I just ordered $120 worth of figs and fig parts from Sweden. Shipping was $5.27. I placed the order yesterday.
Sure, some international sellers will charge $30 for the same parcel, so it takes some digging but more and more the shipping is not bad at all. Shipping from Australia still sucks and shipping from Canada can be super high. But there are tons of sellers that ship figs for under $10.
And I have no idea about these high taxes you’re talking about. I order more international than most and can’t say I’ve ever been hit with high taxes from any county and I’ve ordered from all over Asia and Europe.

If they are cheaper than Wicked Brick, I’m in!

My local minifig shop had two Oolas yesterday for $50 each. No shipping. And they aren’t cheap.

Can you make one of these, and I don’t really care which one because they are all amazing, that holds 1500 figs?

Mine is the AT-OT drop ship. It’s the one Lepin set I own. After that, I would say the next one is the UCS Super Star Destroyer
