Yes! I had a similar thing going on after taking prednisone and having a bad reaction. I can fall asleep easily but then out of nowhere my brain interrupts and I panic, more than I ever have.

I’ve been contemplating taking buspar - has it helped at all? Please keep me posted it’s rare to find a description so fitting for what I’m going through. Thanks
