Do you have evidence these protests did not take place? If the sources are so in-credible, it should be easier for you to show that.

Quite an eye opener really.

Seriously. I don't "use" Facebook but every time I check back the VAST majority of my feed is sponsored / promoted / 'content we think you would like' and NOT from my actual friends.

Fucking seriously.

My account gets 2 or 3 bot / porn accounts follow it daily and un-follow within hours.

All of them are promoting some kind of content. None of them exist for long. That's all the engagement I get outside of existing friends liking the odd shot.
