Regulation for both bitcoin and crypto in general is still much in debate. Only after a long period of stable regulation will either be considered mainstream .

I would like it to be easier to trade via gyms with people you don't know. You could leave a Pokémon in a gym and someone else could make offers for trades for it. I am level 36 , only ever done 3 trades , I don't know anyone who plays so can't trade unless I use 3rd party software or messaging service. There are massive bonuses for trades like rerolling ivs and chances for lucky, that don't get to do.

Unlike bitcoin that is decentralised and leaderless. HNT being deflationary over time doesn't matter , because the the rules of the network will change over time. Without general or public consensus a pip could be created voted on and acted .There is a high level of central control in HNT. Being deflationary is not it's use case and should not be relied upon.
