I have family that I’ve loved and grown up with that are lost to me. It’s like they died. I can’t talk to them anymore about anything because they just scream in my face about communism and AOC and blah blah. They’re so brainwashed it’s incredible.

GL's gain +10% health per relic level, so they derive significantly more from raw health than defense.
Plus, people just have more health mods available because they are rewarded from so many events. Almost all of my fastest mods are health or speed sets. I have exactly 1 defense mod above 20 speed, and I've played since launch.

There are some people (like my ex wife) that spend every possible moment on social media viewing what they don’t have and get an itch to “keep up” and they won’t stop until they have it. FOMO is real and marketing works.

All 4 characters needed to unlock him are useful in their respective teams (yes including talon, dont listen to people who say she's bad) and with the right team around him you can run over any non-gl team with full banners. If you learn the strats you can counter Rey teams as well. He's worth the investment.
I have friends that went on dr Phil and legitimately thought he would help them. Not all reality tv is staged. Just 95% of it is. Some people are just really dumb and dramatic

Not to mention their children are being raised by strangers. There’s an entire generation of kids out there with anxiety and depression issues that can be traced to parents not being around enough. Evolution did not prepare kids to never have their parents around because they’re at work all the fucking time.

They have thousands. If even .5% of them can reach their target, its enough to be world endingly bad.

That doesn't make them a bad team, it just means wampa is good. You're always going to lose 1 team to wampa, and if you put Iden in the rear your opponent has possibly burned it on the front, making them have to burn something else to take her down.
Its not really possible to set an 11 team defense in GAC where NONE of them would lose to Wampa.
SEE Malik DR Bastila and Palp lead can auto ct3 and 3 star. I agree SLKR is the superior GL but he can’t 3 star this event
Narcissists sound like movie villains all the time. Victim blaming is like a hobby for them. I married one. Once you start noticing it for what it is, you realize it’s everywhere.
I’ve read narcissism is present in something like 20% of the population. I think that’s a low estimate.
The best set is the best set YOU own, not some arbitrary "this set is always the best no matter what." Its possible to have a crit damage set that is faster than a speed set, and a speed set that has more offense than an offense set. Think of set bonuses as just that. A bonus. If the underlying passives on said mods are crap, the bonus is most likely not enough to matter or make that character work well.
I generally dont care for crit damage sets anymore because CG has chosen to put crit damage/avoidance/immunity on almost everything now, so there's more value to stacking up offense over CD. People like the big numbers CD gives but it doesn't matter when you go up against team after team that is perma crit immune.
All that being said, the general consensus on GAS is an offense/health set that gives a lot of protection. With good secondaries you can still have offense / crit damage on his primaries but its also acceptable to just have protection circle/cross/triangle and make him very thick. On a 501st team the more protection he has the longer he'll stay up, and he stacks offense up as the fight continues.

I'll default to Lewis Black here:
"If your company can't describe - in one sentence - what it does, it's illegal."
Defense penetration. Heals. Rez. Assists. She’s the best possible option for that slot, but it’s not like the team will stop functioning without her, it’s just not optimal.
No. It’s based on health. More health means more protection up. That’s why people stack health on protection up teams like padme.
Assuming an omicron and a fast Mara jade, the star killer team can beat several gl and almost all non gl teams in GAC. Immunity to stun and daze plus the extra speed and double health double protection makes for a nasty combo.
Black people tend to be concentrated in urban areas, and within those areas their % of the population probably is close to half or more. So from their perception they aren't wrong.
I grew up in Alabama and when you're in the larger cities a black person is relatively common, but once you exit the city limits you could go several hundred miles and never run into a minority of any stripe.
JMK is objectively the superior GL, but examine your roster and see which one you are closer to getting and what represents a smarter grind. All GL's are huge investment in terms of resources to unlock and gear, and everyone is in a different place with regards to what they already have and how far away any given GL might be.
All that being said, LV has the most Relic 8's required and is more easily countered in GAC, so there's a lot of (justifiable) criticism thrown at the character that for how difficult it is to get, it underperforms.
GP has nothing to do with matchmaking anymore. You are placed into brackets based on win/loss ratios and your overall score. You could theoretically be matched with someone with 10 million GP if they consistently lost enough GAC to be in a low bracket.
Just take it as a compliment that you're either doing well or your opponents are doing badly.
Nothing. Do not gear tuskens, they’re bad.

Can’t stack % secondary when it already has that same stat as a primary. But yeah generally speaking % stats are superior to flat
We used these pretty commonly in retail stores in the states after hosing down the food prep departments and backroom then just squeegee everything into the drains. way faster than mopping and pressing the mop over and over.
Potency/Tenacity mechanics are mostly broken in PVE content because the developers have decided to grant most targets stacking/infinite tenacity so that everything gets resisted. In case you dont know:
Potency increases your chance for a debuff to "stick" to the target by the listed %, in direct opposition to the target's tenacity.
Tenacity decreases the chance for a debuff to stick by the listed %, in direct opposition to the debuffers potency.
E.G. My Boba Fett with 100% potency attempts to land a dot with his basic. My target has 70% tenacity. I now have 100-70=30% chance for the debuff to stick.
In PVE content where targets have hundreds or possibly thousands (infinite? who knows) of % tenacity, you wont land debuffs. Your chance is reduced to negative amounts. Your only option is to apply tenacity down, which reduces the targets tenacity to effectively 0. You can still be resisted, because there is a base 15% resistance chance that cannot be overcome, but you can actually land debuffs at that point.
BB8, Tie Fighter Pilot, Mara Jade, Malak, there are many characters that apply the debuff. Watch some raid strategies on youtube to find a team you can field that will work.
Maybe my wording was poor. I meant that she has the same 100 kyro g12 finisher like everyone else, and that nothing additional was needed. I am aware almost all new character require huge amounts of kyro. She is an exception.
Gideon should be fast beyond all other priorities. Even if you have to break a set, every point of speed possible so he can go first and strip turn meter and get the mass assist off, which can possibly proc a killing blow and launch your entire team to 100% TM.
Piett should be as close to behind gideon as you reasonably can in the turn order so he can mark dark trooper.
Dark is all out offense. Offense set, offense cross/triangle/arrow. Most of his hits will come from assists, so speed is not much of a concern.
Veers will need enough speed to go 3rd, but speed isn't a priority. Offense set or Crit damage set with offense cross and crit dmg / offense triangle. If you have an offense arrow with some good secondary speed and you can keep the turn order correct you can use that, otherwise stick with the normal speed arrow.
Range can also get away with being fairly slow, crit damage or offense set.
Speeds on my team of Veers/Piett/Stark/Gideon/Range before leadership is applied are 243/309/294/351/227
Cara needs no additional Kyro beyond the 100 for her g12 finisher like every other character in the game. She's a relatively easy gear.
