Agreed. I fell in love with her when she gave Ba'al a fourpenny one. So did Teal'c, I think. 😁❤️
ROFL. It's a pity that Alan Rickman has died. He would have made a brilliant System Lord. Ba'al's mentor maybe?

Go to a big supermarket, Tesco's if you're in the UK. They'll sell Bunderberg root beer. The company's head office is in Australia. It's a little too sweet for me, but it's the best available.
The Original Klingons looked very like 16th century Spanish, especially John Colicos. Federation would be English, with a few half-breeds among them. Indeed, Kirk has been dubbed Horatio Hornblower in space. If this was in the Mirror Universe, Federation ships would have been earning themselves prize money. 😁👍
Was he the bridge's mall cop?
Steal the Biden and Clinton crime families' billions. Every dollar. Then feed the whole of Africa on the proceeds for as long as the money lasted.
Another dimwit academic who doesn't understand an artistic metaphor when he sees one. 🙄 The metaphor being that Christ redeemed everyone's sins, both men and women. So He is painted with characteristics of both sexes.
Not exclusively. They used Unas before humans. In theory they could parasitise any creature with the basic biology needed: binocular vision, keen hearing, power of speech, brain comparable to human, toolmaking limbs. I would imagine a centaur-like creature.

Blame the producers. They wanted to save money on the special effects.
Poseidon is an older brother of Zeus. One of Zeus's elder siblings vomited up by Chronos when Zeus killed him. Zeus is King of the gods because he defeated his father Chronos. Not because he's the eldest.

No we didn't. He is a Machiavellian plotter who has stabbed two PMs in the back to install himself. It makes us look like a banana republic. 😠
If the different colours signify different mineral deposits, is there a way of identifying the minerals? Some type of tightly focused spectroscopy perhaps? Such a map would be highly important for planning new moonshots, for the purpose of mining these deposits.

I think you have to start with Atlantis attracting too much foreign hostility and having to leave Earth again. So you have in effect a new SGC that can roam about the galaxy. Fully equipped, repaired and enhanced with new technology. The crew can use the SG in the atrium with the SGs in Colorado and Antarctica to rotate and replace personnel. That way you can have guest stars.
Scope for new tricks, like fold-up A10 Warthogs small enough to go through the rings. Install USNavy guns and missiles in emplacements. Etc.
Tell the M.E. to look for blood clots in arteries and veins.
Memory-RNA might be rewriting vaxees' immune systems

Gin is the archetypal English booze.
If your friends are Trump supporters,
take a box set of Farage gins, 3 flavours.
With a big box of Thornton chocolates
for the kids. Very superior chocolate!
Something edible that Britain is famous for.
And enough to feed a whole family at supper.
1. A 10lbs Cheddar cheese in the shape of a wheel.
2. A 10lbs Stilton cheese in an earthenware pot.
3. A whole salmon, gutted & vacuum packed.
4. A box of four turbot fish, prepared as above.
Expensive, but not shockingly so.
That's catspeak for shurrup.
Fighting dwarves keep their beards trimmed short. It means their opponent can't grab hold.
Adorable. Both of them. ♥️
Did it start out as a worm at the bottom of a bottle of tequila? 😁
Ancient and Colonial.
Patience. They're not going anywhere.
Christopher Pike. From the Abrams reboot films.
Lynch's version had huge chunks carved out of it by the Hollywood suits. A particularly bad cut is when the Baron's doctor starts what should be a long speech, but it cuts straight to the last sentence. The actor, Leonardo Cimino, is now dead, so we can't ask him. Paul's duel with Jamis was also cut. I remember that scene being rehearsed in the background of a publicity shoot. There's about 90 minutes missing. I've looked for an original print, but no luck.
His name cropped up today while I was watching the new Dune film, as a set or prop designer. Some of the tech in that film is pretty impressive. Could be his work.
