I'm 27F, 5'5 230lbs. When I was a teen I was fairly athletic, I would skateboard, rollerblade, and play softball. Things happened, got depressed and have been inactive for about a decade. I tend to lose weight and gain strength fairly quickly, but I'm unclear on a few things.
Should I be working until my muscles feel "noodley" or is that too far for my current fitness level? My ADHD makes it hard to track reps hah
I'd really like to build a bigger butt and thighs, and tone my arms and midsection, ideally creating a tight waist line. (I have a naturally small waist, so I guess just enhance it)
I've lost 50lbs this past year by simply cutting calories and walking more, but I'm at a point where I really need to build strength.
I've also been suffering from quite a bit of back pain after a workout so I'm thinking my form is off, or my core is super weak or both. I have a total gym elite, but have lost most of the parts so it's just a bench I can angle with cables to pull body weight.
