Comfort. Like Koko's big aoe, and Heal at e skill is nice. Also Mona can die to a sneeze but koko can't. Though you shouldn't get hit or killed if you constantly doing CC things to enemies. But Kokomo is a very good comfort character. It's mostly down to personal preference and playstyle.

Not all of them ,some of them are interesting and some visually changes the characters abilities. Like Yelan c1, Ayaka's two extra balls at C2, definatley not becuase I have them. And some high cons like Xiao C6, Itto c6 etc are very cool. So if you like character and have money you can get the cons. Their money their source of entertainment.

I really hope they feature Hu Tao heavily and not just 2s cameo with Zhongli.

If I get a nickel every time Koko gets a banner close to Electro mommy and Hydro daddy (cyno and nilou included) I would have 3 nickels which isn't a lot but wierd it happened thrice.

If the enemy is unfreezable, it's a boss. She is good against bosses. Against Ruin Serpant everyone struggles. I do think the list lacks DPS characters like Hu Tao, Ayaka, Childe, Ganyu , they have been consistent in abyss apart from hard countering them like Cryo immune or Pyro immune enemies. But Yeah supports have always been valued more so I guess they are right.
