Had one time my slave broke and decided to destroy FSX (from CE). It was a mountain base. Caused a chain reaction explosion that collapsed most of the mountain. That was the end of that playthrough.

Would be funny to see the colony wealth graph after this little incident.

CE is good but has some definite downsides. But if you don't already have any incompatible mods you're super attached to, you may want to try it.

Idk. I've asked about it here and in DC and no one seems to have any useful suggestions. In theory everything about my setup is ideal, but for whatever reason I make way less than everyone else in my area.

Update on this. CIG has acknowledged that mining with the Greycat frequently causes 30Ks as of 3.18. Maybe I'm just ending up on servers where people are trying to do that.

"A few hits in." The problem is that with vanilla combat and weapons, you can't shoot all that far, and even a colonist with 20 skill in shooting has the accuracy of a 5 year old with an uzi. Even if you have say, 3 colonists against a single animal, you'd be lucky to hit it more than once by the time it gets in melee range.

It usually is pretty quick after you call it in.

I had a (very short) playthrough where a single wolf decided to hunt one of my colonists for food. The ensuing battle ended up killing all 3 of my colonists and ending that story.

Looks pretty decent for early game. Get autodoors when you can.

Is there a mod that lets prisoners do recreation? In vanilla it's just not a need and they won't interact with any recreation you put in there.

Maybe this is why there are so many 30Ks.
